Q: I am interested in your financial reports, company information, and anything relating to your marketing strategy. What can you send me?
A: As a paperless office, we do not produce information packs. All available information can be found here on our web site. For general information about easyJet, its history, profiles of the executive team, and a host of other things, please refer to the easyJet information pack. Financial reports can be found within this investor relations section. Browsing through our news section will provide you with a strong insight into the company's history and culture.
Q: How do I get a copy of the annual and interim reports?
A: All publicly available information is maintained on our website. Financial reports can be found within this investor relations section.
Q: I have lost my share certificate. How do I arrange a duplicate?
A: Please advise the easyJet Registrar - in writing - which share certificate is lost and you will be sent a Letter of Indemnity for completion. You should sign and return this to the easyJet Registrar to enable a duplicate share certificate to be issued. Click here for contact details of the registrar.
Q: I am interested in purchasing some shares in easyJet. How may I go about doing this?
A: Shares can be bought or sold through most major banks or stockbroker via post, telephone or internet. When considering buying shares (easyJet plc or any other stock), it is always wise to seek independent financial advice. Shares in easyJet are traded on the London stock exchange under the stock symbol EZJ. The decision to trade in easyJet shares is your responsibility and easyJet is unable to provide you with investment advice.
Q: As a shareholder am I entitled to any special discounts / offers?
A: No. easyJet treats its investors and customers as two distinct groups, served in different ways. We aim to serve customers by providing safe, low cost services and investors by providing an appropriate financial return. In addition, as a low-cost airline we endeavour to eliminate complexity wherever possible - that's how we keep costs low and we do not therefore give any concessions/discounts to shareholders.
Q: What is easyJet's dividend policy?
A: easyJet has never declared or paid any cash dividends on Ordinary Shares and does not anticipate paying cash dividends in the foreseeable future. Currently it is the Directors' intention to retain earnings for use in easyJet's business for the foreseeable future.
